• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code from the service

5. Intellectual Property

Speakcart retains all rights to its software, branding, and technology. Your store content remains your property. By using the service, you grant Speakcart a license to index and serve your publicly available product data.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

Speakcart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits or data loss.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service at any time. Upon termination, your store data will be removed from our index within 30 days.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
