Security is foundational to everything we build at Speakcart. We only index publicly available product information, encrypt all data in transit and at rest, and never store voice audio recordings.
Our Practices
Encryption in Transit
All data transmitted between your store and Speakcart is encrypted using TLS 1.3.
Encryption at Rest
Stored data is encrypted using AES-256. Database access is restricted and audited.
No Voice Storage
Voice audio is processed in real-time and never stored. Only anonymized transcriptions are used for search.
Public Data Only
We only index publicly available product information. We never access private customer data, payment info, or admin credentials.
Access Controls
Strict role-based access controls with multi-factor authentication for all team members.
Regular Audits
We conduct regular security audits and penetration testing to identify and fix vulnerabilities.
