• Account Data: Information provided during sign-up, such as name, email, and store URL.

• To provide and improve the Speakcart voice shopping experience
• To generate vector embeddings for semantic product search
• To power MCP server responses for AI agent queries
• To calculate and improve your store's AEO score

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption. We follow industry best practices for data security and regularly audit our infrastructure.

4. Voice Audio

Voice audio is processed in real-time for transcription purposes only. Audio streams are not recorded, stored, or shared. Transcribed text is used solely for product search and is not linked to any personal identity.

5. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services for speech-to-text processing, hosting, and analytics. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and only process it as instructed by Speakcart.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Merchants can remove their store data from our index through the dashboard or by contacting support.
