- 2. One-paragraph founding agreement. No legal back-and-forth. We email a one-page PDF that locks your pricing and case-study rights.
- 3. 30–45 minute install call. Nabeel pastes the script tag, indexes your catalog, and tests the voice flow live with you. Most stores are answering real shopper questions within 60 minutes of the call starting.
- 4. Day 14 check-in. We review what shoppers asked, what converted, and where the agent needs tuning. Adjustments ship within 24 hours.
Why this pricing exists
We are pre-PMF in the formal sense and post-PMF in the way that matters to a founder: the agent works, multilingual works, voice works, install works. What we don't yet have is 50 named stores publicly endorsing Speakcart on the open internet.
Founding pricing is the trade. You get a price competitors can't match — Octocom is $999/mo English-only, Rep AI is $300/mo plus $149/mo for multilingual — locked for the life of your account. We get a real customer, real shopper data, and a name we can quote. Both sides win when this works.

How is this different from your Starter plan?
Starter is $29/month for 1,000 conversations. Founding pricing is $99/month for everything Growth includes (5,000 conversations, multi-LLM fallback, advanced analytics) — locked at that price for life. You also get the founder on the install call and direct WhatsApp access for the first 30 days.
Why "founder install" instead of self-serve?
Two reasons. (1) We learn everything about your store — what shoppers ask, what your catalog looks like, what your edge cases are. That data shapes the product. (2) You skip the 30-day setup ramp competitors charge for. Most founding customers are live and answering real shopper questions within 60 minutes.
What happens after the 90 days?
You move to $99/month — the same Whop billing as our standard plans. Cancel any time from the billing portal. The $99/mo price never goes up for you, even when standard pricing does.
Do I keep my pricing if I downgrade or pause?
Yes. Founding pricing is tied to the account, not the plan. If you pause and resume within 12 months you come back at $99/month.
